Shipping within the United States
We use USPS and FedEx for all of our shipments.
We are happy to offer free shipping on all US domestic orders $50 and over via USPS with tracking.
$3.50 Flat shipping rate for Domestic orders less than $50.
$8.00 Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days shipping on US Domestic orders.
$25 Expedited 1-2 Business Days shipping on US Domestic orders.
Please email us at email@example.com before placing your order for shipping rates to APO/FPO addresses.
Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes
Free international shipping via USPS for orders $350 and over.
- $12 Flat Rate First Class Mail (with no tracking) on orders less than $350 to Canada and $19 Flat Rate for International orders.
**All international orders must be confirmed by email or phone prior to shipping. Once an international order is placed, we will send an email to you to confirm your order and shipping address. The customer must respond within 5 days for the order to be proccessed and we reserve the right to cancel the order if do not receive written or verbal confirmation.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover customs fees and import taxes on your package. Shipments held up in customs for a longer period of time is beyond our control. If you refuse your shipments, TAYLOR + MAX will not process a refund or store credit of any kind. Each country's regulations differ. Please refer to the USPS Country Restrictions Regulations page for more information.
Occasionally, we may run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you ordered in stock, you will be notified by email or phone immediately. If you were charged for the order, we will issue a full refund.
If we are expected to restock the item at a later date, we will contact you to let you know the expected date.
Returns/Exchanges *UPDATED AS OF 6/29/2017*
We are happy to accept returns for refund, exchange or store credit. Return requests must be made within 10 days from when the package arrived. If there are any defective merchandise, claims must be made within 2 business days of package arrival.
All exchanges/store credits must be pre-authorized by email prior to returning the merchandise to TAYLOR + MAX. We recommend that you insure your return via a traceable courier. You may send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through the return process. All items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached). You may request a refund (less shipping charges) or store credit for use on any future order. We cannot issue a refund or exchange on lost packages.
PLEASE NOTE: Playsuits, swimsuits, undergarments, accessories, plush and Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
We are here to answer all questions you may have prior to making your purchase. We reserve the right to deny any returns and refunds that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.
Orders purchased as a gift may be exchanged for store credit only.
Please be advised that items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If an item is damaged when you receive it, please report the damage to TAYLOR + MAX within 5 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
TAYLOR + MAX Children's Boutique does not accept returns on items that were purchased from retailers other than TAYLOR + MAX Children's Boutique brick and mortar or www.shoptaylormax.com. Please contact the retailer directly from where you purchased the merchandise.

Terms for Rewards Program (as of June 29, 2017)
- This rewards program was created for our guests to be rewarded for their purchases. To earn TAYLOR + MAX points, you must create an account and be logged in before making a purchase. You will not accumulate points if you are not logged into your account and we are unable to assign points after the order has been placed.
- The code is for one-time use and only one coupon code can be applied for each order.
- Points are issued 24 hours after the time of purchase. Points must be redeemed within one year from when they were issued, otherwise the points will expire.
- Points earned from an order may be subtracted from a member's account under the following conditions:
- If an order status is marked as "canceled" or "declined", all points originally earned for the order will be subtracted;
- If an order contains a refunded amount, then points will be subtracted based on the refunded amount. If an order status is marked as refunded, but there is no refunded amount value, then all points originally earned for the order will be subtracted.
TAYLOR + MAX will not disclose your information to any third parties. All personal information that you provide is confidential and will be used to process your order. We may contact you about special promotions and new products. If you would like for your name to be removed from our mailing list, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
TAYLOR + MAX uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all of the data you send to us over the Internet. All sensitive information shared at login or checkout is transmitted over HTTPS, meaning that a secure SSL connection has been established. Stored purchase information is always encrypted and kept in a PCI DSS compliant environment. We verify our network security and frequently review our all internal security policies to ensure that they keep up with current industry standards.
We verify all transactions that are submitted to us. We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you may place with us. At our discretion, we may refuse any order that is placed with us. We will notify you by email or telephone if we cancel your order.
